Buy some pretty flowers, set out your favorite books and catalogs, candles, whatever is aesthetically pleasing to your little eye. Okay, now that we are feeling good about our surroundings, time to get down to business. Some glitter polka dot nail art!

nail-art-tutorialOnce you have your base color on and it’s nice and dry, you can start adding your polka dots. Here, I used Essie Chinchilly and Essie Luxe Effects Set In Stones along with Seche Vite fast drying top coat *the best*. You can use a toothpick or those wooden cuticle pusher sticks (which we never actually use) to make your dots.
