One aspect of a work trip, if you are lucky, is to catch some of the city you are visiting. I transitioned my work trip outfit into a “Girl About Town” look. Casual and professional. Plus I just love this menswear style blazer that I snagged from Nordstrom Rack!

 It is really important to be ready for a meeting at a moment’s notice and of course you wont want to pack a bunch of outfits that you wont have time to ponder wearing anyways. Let your pieces work in your favor by mixing and matching with each other so you don’t have to think very hard about what your wearing. With this outfit, I would be totally fine with a last minute dinner invitation while I was out exploring the city.
